  • What's your role in the category? Why do you exist?

    How to win:

  • How do you get more of your target audience to feel the way you want them to feel about your product/brand?

    Tactics:

  • execution - bringing the strategy to life.

  • 4 Ps - What does your product range need to be? What's your pricing? How will you promote your brand? Where do you want it to be sold?

    Channel Strategy:

  • Where do you want to be?

  • What should your product range look like by channel?

  • How do you unlock that all important listing/increased distribution?
